HR Operations Intern

Assist the HR Services team with administrative and operational activities, support performance review processes, maintain employee records, and participate in ongoing HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate from any major, preferably Psychology, Human Resources, or Management
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
