Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Quality Assurance professional to create test plans, perform testing, and lead the quality assurance team. Responsibilities include building team processes, training, and mentoring team members, as well as managing project status and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance, team management, and working with web and mobile applications, with a high level of comfort in using SQL and Agile process methodology. Good interpersonal and analytical skills are also required.
Requirements
- Create detailed test plans and test cases
- Perform various types of testing
- Manage bug reports and communicate with team members
- Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure, and Product Management teams
- Build/improve team processes and train team members
- Manage team allocation for projects and project estimation
- Collate project status and update weekly reports
- Conduct performance reviews and one on ones
- Participate in analysis, design, and planning activities
