Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for full recruiting cycle for high-priority roles, becoming a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers. Work in a fast-scaling RegTech company using AI to provide compliance intelligence.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in talent acquisition
• Proven active sourcing ability
• Solid understanding of science-based recruiting standards
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
• Comfortable using AI tools and ATS such as Personio
• At ease with ambiguity and energised by building new processes
