Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager

CG Infinity is seeking a Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager who can blend hands-on Salesforce development and architecture with client-facing leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, SOQL)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, governor limits, and integration patterns
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications
• Experience with enterprise integrations and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Background in consulting or services delivery
• Experience leading offshore or distributed development teams
• Knowledge of DevOps tooling (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git)
