National Sales Manager, Lending role responsible for leading and managing a team of sales officers in achieving business goals. Develop annual sales forecasts, identify individual sales goals, provide performance updates, and develop key marketing partners. Participate in the Finance Committee to provide input and direction on pricing and fee policy and structure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Marketing, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- 5 years' sales and/or sales management experience; experience in agriculture (personal or professional)
- Excellent understanding of Farmer Mac, Farm Credit System and Insurance Company markets
- Excellent understanding of secondary market lending arena for agricultural loans
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization
