Swim Team Assistant Coach

The Swim Team Assistant Coach plays a key role in creating a positive, safe, and motivating environment for young athletes. This is a seasonal opportunity that supports daily practices, skill development, and meet preparation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate competitive techniques.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with swimmers, parents, and staff.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, follow safety procedures, and respond appropriately in emergencies.
• Knowledge of competitive strokes, rules, and training techniques.
• Understanding of competitive swimming training principles.
