Weatherization Crew Member Level 2

CVOEO is hiring a Weatherization Crew Member Level 2 to work safely in homes and construction sites of low-income Vermonters. Responsibilities include installing energy-saving measures, improving heating and ventilation, and making minor repairs. Willingness to fill the role of Crew Lead is valued. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience as Crew Member Level 1
• Current with all training and certification for Apprentice/Crew Member Level 1
• Mastery of Vermont Weatherization Technical Manual
• Understanding of building construction and energy efficient retrofits
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to travel within the CVOEO service area
