Chandra Asri Group is hiring a Corporate Strategy Planning Admin to provide support to the Corporate Strategy Planning Department. The role involves scheduling appointments, managing admin tasks, and maintaining correspondence.

Requirements

• Schedule appointments/meetings and reserve meeting rooms
• Open Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Travel Order (TO), Travel Declaration (TD), Spending monitoring, HR-related workflows, etc. in SAP
• Prepare and route admin related forms (Cash Disbursements etc.)
• Book/reserve flights/hotels/restaurants; order office and other supplies
• Keep track of Corporate Strategy Planning Department correspondence including documents for reviews/approvals
