Senior Associate, Engineering & Maintenance, Seletar Airport

We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong interest in the aviation industry to join the Engineering & Maintenance team at Seletar Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and operational readiness of critical engineering systems, ensuring the safety, reliability, and continuity of airport operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and sustainability or green‐building frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Good analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
• Self‐motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment
• Experience or strong interest in sustainable infrastructure, airfield projects, or solar PV systems
• Possession of a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and willingness to perform fieldwork, including night works when required
