Primary Care Physician

Chaparral Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their collaborative and mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across various ages.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of ACGME accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Must have a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire
• Proven ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across various ages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
