Job description
Join Chapter 2 as a Talent Partner and take our Go-to-Market hiring to the next level. You'll be at the forefront of building the commercial teams that drive revenue, growth, and market presence for our clients. This role is about people—identifying driven closers, creative marketers, and trusted partners who turn pipeline into performance and relationships into results.
Partnering closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies across Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding. Building strong pipelines of engaged GTM talent and nurturing relationships over time.
5+ years' proven experience recruiting across GTM functions—Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Partnerships, and/or Customer Success. Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
