Job description
The Operations Director will lead a high-volume, regulated fulfilment operation in South East England, driving throughput at scale without compromising quality or compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring daily presence and the ability to make hard calls quickly.
The Operations Director will be responsible for full operational leadership, P&L accountability, and commercial performance of the operation. They will build, lead, and develop a shift-based team of 150+ across a 24/7 operation, and design and continuous improvement of the end-to-end fulfilment journey.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a 150+ person, 24/7 shift-based operation in a regulated environment, and experience in FMCG, e-commerce fulfilment, pharmaceutical supply chain, food manufacturing, healthcare logistics, or industrial logistics.
