Job description
We are looking for a Talent Partner to support a high-impact recruitment programme within a purpose-led environment. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of a complex, high-volume pipeline, working closely with stakeholders to improve hiring delivery, structure, and overall recruitment performance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, directly source, screen, and recruit across 12 to 15+ active vacancies, streamline end-to-end recruitment processes, and partner closely with hiring managers.
Proven experience as a Talent Partner or in-house recruiter, strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, experience managing high-volume or complex pipelines, and a process-driven mindset.
