Job description
Chapter 2 is a specialist talent acquisition consultancy that partners with high-growth businesses to build exceptional teams. As a Talent Partner, you'll work as a true extension of an in-house TA function, owning the hiring process from briefing through to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Own end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, craft compelling outreach, and manage candidate experience throughout the full hiring journey.
