We are looking for a colleague to join our customer service team to help make a difference in the transition to electric vehicles. As a Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for customers, partners, and companies using our charging solutions.

Requirements

• Documented experience in the field or relevant university education in network technology and/or electrical engineering
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of another Nordic language
• Experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on technical support or in eMobility
