Job Description
The Assistant Football Coach will work with the Head Coach to develop a coaching program plan, including skill development, practice planning, and supervision. This role involves communication with students, parents, and administration, along with adherence to school policies and upholding high ethical standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Charles County Public Schools Extra-Curricular Handbook
- Eligibility to hold a Maryland Certificate under COMAR 13A.12.01
- Possess a MPSSAA/MSDE Coaching Certification
- Completed two years of successful coaching as an emergency coach
- Must have had the previous school of hire as a hire
