Serve as a strategic HR advisor for employees in the Young Leadership Program, supporting the development of HR strategies and promoting a positive organizational culture.

Requirements

• Provide HR consultation to employees in the Young Leadership Program and program sponsors
• Support the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs), performance and behavior evaluations
• Promote career development planning for program participants
• Develop and foster a collaborative organizational culture
• Coordinate with the central HR department and the CP Leadership Institute
