Requirements
- CAP/BEP in mechanics or equivalent
- Experience in assembly and balancing of mechanical parts
- Knowledge of balancing techniques and measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans
- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
