Requirements

• CAP/BEP in mechanics or equivalent
• Experience in assembly and balancing of mechanical parts
• Knowledge of balancing techniques and measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans
• Rigor, precision, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
