Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Customer Services team. The role will be based in Zuidland (ZH) in the Netherlands and reporting in to the Head of Customer Services. The position is responsible for supporting our sales department and contributing to our customer's needs by collecting, checking and booking data plus keeping records.

What You Will Do

The role involves processing information and customer questions, setting up cost overviews, ordering parts, solving incorrectly delivered products, and administrative processing.

Requirements

• Vocational college (In Dutch MBO) or higher
• Experience in an administrative tasks preferably in a technical environment
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to resolve day to day issues independently
• Team player
• Strong communication skills
• Strong customer focus
• Flexibility, ability to review and change priorities when needed
• English language skills
