Crane Operator

Charter Manufacturing is a family-owned business seeking a Scrap Crane Operator to sort scrap materials, operate cranes, and maintain yard operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience operating mobile or crawler cranes and a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

• 2 plus year's experience operating mobile or crawler cranes (Liebherr, Sennebogen or Link-Belt)
• Knowledge of scrap metal types and grading
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others
• Ability to follow and communicate instructions clearly
• Ability to meet physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation)
