Engineering Manager

Chemelex is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, protecting the world’s critical processes, places and people. As an Engineering Manager, you will own and drive plant-wide maintenance strategy, lead capital planning and execution, and develop long-term strategies for capacity scaling and plant modernization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and automation within high-volume production environments
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance, equipment/manufacturing engineering, and controls engineering
• Strong background in PLC systems, robotics, and automated production systems
• Experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
