
Job description
The Customer Excellence Representative delivers outstanding customer service by managing orders, inquiries, and issue resolution. This role collaborates closely with Sales team, Supply Chain and other function to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement.
Perform customer order fulfillment services with SOX compliance, manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, onboard new customers, process stock transport orders and customer orders using SAP R3 ERP system, and handle customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in SAP. Prior knowledge and experience in the trading business model and international trade knowledge are also required.
