Job description
Join the Belle Manufacturing Technology team as an early-career Automation and Process Control Engineer. This on-site role provides hands-on support for automation, process control, and instrumentation systems used in continuous manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to support safe, reliable plant performance while learning and applying process control best practices.
Support day-to-day operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of site automation and process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SIS, and related networks. Configure, test, and maintain control logic, graphics, and control schemes under guidance from experienced engineers.
This role offers strong development opportunities in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and process data systems within a high-hazard chemical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will learn and apply process safety concepts including PSM, PHA, and safety system fundamentals.
