Production Operator

Role Overview

Supervises and operates equipment and facilities, ensuring quality and compliance with standard operating procedures. Maintains safety standards at all times and initiates and follows emergency procedures when necessary.

What You Will Do

Operates compressors, pumps, and equipment for mixing, transfer, and recovery of refrigerant gases safely. Takes required samples for laboratory analysis. Reports daily tasks through activity log, as well as in-person turn-over.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be willing and able to work on a rotating shift, including overtime as needed to meet production needs within existing policies. Must be willing to work both with an integrated team and independently.

Requirements

• Preparatory degree or technical career
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment and/or operations involving material transfer under pressure
• Basic computer skills
• Experience following standard operating procedures or guidelines
• Willing and able to use required PPE, such as a suit and safety shoes, helmet, protective glasses, facial protectors, arc protection clothing, and autonomous breathing apparatus
• Willing and able to lift up to 25 kg, climb stairs, listen and respond to alarms, and possess visual acuity to work closely
