As a Parking Attendant, greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely operate vehicles to and from the parking area, providing outstanding service for an exceptional hotel guest experience.
Requirements
- Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure
- Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid
- Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor
- Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion
- Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions
- Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority
- Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security
- Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary
