Job Description
The Hotel Valet Parking Attendant's primary purpose is to greet guests, assist with luggage, and safely operate vehicles. They provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for hotel guests. Responsibilities include vehicle claiming, assisting guests with special needs, reporting issues, and providing information about hotel facilities.
Requirements
- Warmly greet all arriving guests.
- Collect a vehicle claim check and retrieve the guest's vehicle.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Report issues to security.
- Assist bell persons with luggage.
