Regional Director

The Regional Director is a management level position responsible for overseeing two clinics in rural communities, providing leadership and direct supervision to employees, and ensuring quality and cost-effective therapeutic services are delivered. The position requires a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field and at least 2 years of related experience and/or mental health training. The Regional Director will provide leadership, market the agency's services, and promote community awareness of CFGC. The position also involves conducting marketing to increase community awareness of CFGC and educating community and partners of the array of services provided through the agency.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience of case management, skills training, and symptom management services to individuals with mental illness
• Ability to assess individual needs, coordinate services, and communicate effectively with staff and clients alike
• Knowledge of the social services system and the ability to connect individuals and their families with appropriate services dependent on specific needs
• Ability to write clearly and professionally as both an outward and inward facing employee
• Ability to think clearly and logically to deal with potentially dangerous and/or emotional situations
• Must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related field
• At least 2 years of related experience and/or mental health training is preferred
• Must have a valid driver license and valid vehicle insurance
• At least 2 years of related experience and/or mental health training
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or addiction issues is preferred
• Preferred LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-S or LMSW licensure
