Job Description
The AI Program Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of AI specialists to manage and oversee the enterprise AI program across the health system. The role acts as a technical and strategic consultant, building and mentoring an effective team while facilitating prioritization and alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing and managing AI tools
- 1+ years of experience with AI healthcare enterprise software tools including Epic and/or Workday
- Experience with AI lifecycle management and vendor assessment
