ChildServe is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to help expand their ABA program across Iowa. As a BCBA, you'll work with an inter-professional team to provide a holistic approach to autism services and enjoy a supportive work environment with opportunities for leadership training and continuing education.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Related Field and BCBA certification
- Successful completion of the BACB's Supervisor Training Curriculum (preferred)
- Minimum of two years' experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand
