RN Nurse Residency

ChildServe's RN Nurse Residency program is a great way to build confidence in both your clinical and professional skills. You'll work full time within one of our inpatient settings, with support from a Clinical Educator and opportunities for hands-on practice and CEU attainment.

Requirements

• One year or less of RN experience
• Current valid license as a Registered Nurse in Iowa
• Documentation of current Basic Life Support certification
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing and speaking the English language
