The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of all Human Resources activities, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, and training.

- Gaming Industry Experience is required
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, or related field plus a minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience with having been in a Human Resources Director role for a minimum of five years at a property with 500+ team members.
