The Head of Delivery, GCR & Korea - SaaS will lead a high-performing team of project managers, shape delivery strategy, and serve as a trusted partner to enterprise clients, helping organizations implement solutions that matter. The role involves driving transformational impact, portfolio profitability, and strong client satisfaction, while ensuring operational excellence and collaboration with global peers.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, professional services, software development, or consulting within a client-facing organization
• Proven experience managing software and SaaS implementations for enterprise customers in the region
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to foresee, analyze, and mitigate project risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• Proven ability to develop and execute implementation methodologies for large services organizations
