Procurement Project Administrator

The Procurement Project Administrator will contribute to the procurement process by formulating complex RF(x) documents, negotiating deals, and meeting product and service needs. They will ensure compliance with established CNO policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity to meet financial and customer service goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field or 4 years related experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office
• 2 + years of experience with major MRP/ERP system procurement
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and administering complex RFx documents
• Previous Project Management Experience
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and process information systematically and strategically
• Ability to correspond with high-level executives
• Knowledge of extrinsic factors relating to categories purchased
• Experience with strategic sourcing methodology
• Understand contract law and contract administration
• Five (5) years of procurement experience
