Job Description
The Senior Commerce Training Manager is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs within gaming operations, driving operational excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in training and development
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Windows XP
- Proficiency in e-learning techniques
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
