Oversees the day-to-day sales and leadership of the branch, responsible for developing customer relationships, meeting branch sales goals, and managing staff. Responsible for full management of the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Requirements
- Review business plans and objectives with Branch Manager
- Participate in the decision-making process within the branch
- Recommend retail banking products and services to customers and prospects
- Manage and service relationships and cross-sell all appropriate products and services
- Provide a broad base of financial and credit services with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customer's business
- Make outbound sales calls, recommend appropriate products and services to current customers
- Process loan applications and close loans
- Coach, mentor, and train all staff members in sales and relationship development
- Accountable for all branch sales and referral goals
- Work jointly with Branch Manager to establish goals and hold staff accountable
- Assist with the operational requirements of the branch
- Establish close relationships and refer business to assigned partners
- Conduct KPR and Annual Reviews for all Branch Staff
- Take responsibility of clients' challenges and opportunities, and effectively resolve them in a timely manner
- Maintain customer confidentiality at all times
- Be familiar with and comply with the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act as they relate to the functions of this position
