Paralegal

As our Paralegal, you will be responsible for research and document preparation for legal transactions and proceedings, contract and internal process management, and acting as a first level filter for legal issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal (or equivalent role)
• Experience with legal tech tools, like CLM and procurement
• Knowledge of legal principles and processes
• Drafting and reviewing skills
• Collaborative team player with great communication skills
• Data-driven approach to process improvement
