Preschool Teacher's Aide - ES

The Preschool Teacher’s Aide is responsible for providing support to teachers and students in an academic setting, with a focus on early literacy, numeracy, social/emotional development, and school readiness. The ideal candidate is a sensitive and mature individual who can communicate effectively with children and adults.

Requirements

• Be a good representative of CAK
• Be dependable
• Verification of TBI/FBI background check
• Working knowledge of the school: mission, philosophy, and day-to-day operations
• Ability to work well with others
• Demonstrate flexibility during the busiest parts of the year and when unexpected tasks arise
• A bachelor’s degree or prior work experience in a related field preferred
• Regularly attend and actively participate in a local Christian church
