Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, support tax research activities, and build client relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tax returns, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and supporting team members.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with tax returns, from simple to complex, across individual, corporate, and partnership types
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate others in the face of tight deadlines or complex situations
- Developmental skills to train and mentor team members
- Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of at least one to two specific industries
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or EA preferred, or actively seeking either credential
