Manager, Engineering

We are looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead our engineering teams in the development and continuous improvement of new products. The role involves direct people and technical leadership, technical decision-making, and delivery quality. The Manager, Engineering will be responsible for engineering execution, technical risks, issues, and tradeoffs, and will serve as the primary technical resource for Marketing, Project Management, Quality, Operations, and Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree in a technical science discipline
• Minimum of ten (10) years of product design experience
• Demonstrated experience in electromechanical product design
• Experience designing products intended for higher-volume manufacturing
• Experience supporting sustaining engineering and continuous improvement activities
• Supervisory experience in a product design environment
