We are looking for a Sales & Account Director who operates at the intersection of high-level strategy and hands-on execution to accelerate our footprint in Australia. The role involves new business acquisition, architecting the local sales team, and nurturing existing high-value accounts.
Requirements
- Land & Expand: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities within the ASX 200, with a specific focus (but not limited to) on FSI and Retail.
- AI & Data Advocacy: Position CI&T’s "Trailblazer" AI approach, helping clients navigate the transition to AI-first business models using Databricks and AWS, for example
- Ecosystem Networking: Activate and own the local relationship with AWS and Databricks to drive a consistent lead-referral engine.
- Beyond Staff Aug: Pivot the conversation away from "bums on seats" to Outcome-Based and Value-Linked models.
- Shared Skin in the Game: Architect deals that balance risk and reward, moving from "cost-per-hour" to ROI-per-outcome frameworks.
- Accelerate Results: Use subscription-based and performance-linked pricing to create high-velocity, recurring revenue streams.
- Zero to One: Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Business Development Managers and Account Directors as the region scales (phase 2).
- Sales Governance: Define local sales playbooks and CRM hygiene that align with global standards while remaining fit-for-purpose for the Australian market.
