The Talent Advisor Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative functions and contribute to smooth daily operations. The role is responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and managing temporary employee requests. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, 1+ year of experience as a Talent Advisor Coordinator or similar human resource role, and experience using HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Requirements
- Partner closely with talent advisors, hiring managers, and agencies to efficiently move candidates through the interview process.
- Schedule candidate interviews, travel (if applicable), and all related logistics in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitate in-person interviews, ensuring smooth transitions and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Manage temporary employee requests, liaising between talent advisors, hiring managers, and recruiting agencies to bring on full-time, part-time, and temporary employees.
- Order background checks and reference checks, partnering with recruiters and HR Business Partners to review results.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards, adhering to CIM and legal requirements as applicable.
- Support Talent Advisors with sourcing and screening candidates as needed.
- Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in applicant tracking system and candidate/employee file maintenance.
- Produce ad hoc recruiting reports and conduct market research, as needed.
- Process invoices from agencies regarding temporary employees and/or placement fees.
- Perform various administrative duties that support the Talent Acquisition function.
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
