Expanding and exploring new Preferred Banking customers, growing sales product AUM, and providing professional customer service.

Requirements

• Expand and explore new Preferred Banking customers.
• Responsible for the sales target of Preferred Banking.
• Grow CIMB Preferred Banking sales product AUM, CUM, Bancassurance, new customer acquisition and products under distribution.
• Advice individual customer for the suitable investment product to ensure the portfolio performs as target by incorporates his/her target and risk in the plan.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing and new customers and update on clients' investment report.
• Provide professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
