Technical Writer

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to support federal government programs in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in proposal development, technical documentation, engineering and construction-related deliverables, and federal acquisition processes.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
• 4+ years of technical and proposal writing experience supporting Federal Government programs
• Strong understanding of Federal acquisition and contracting processes
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
