Commis de Rang - Caffetteria

Role Overview

Casa Cipriani Milano is looking for a Commis de Rang dedicated to the coffee shop who can best represent the authentic Cipriani service, in all its simple refinement.

What You Will Do

Support in managing the service, prepare coffee and other drinks, clean and arrange tables, perform tasks outside of service.

Requirements

• Italian mother tongue knowledge
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or restaurants
• Excellent predisposition to work in a team
• Flexibility of hours and availability to work shifts, including split shifts, weekends and evenings
• Passion for excellent customer service and ability to improve customer experience through knowledge, empathy and attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of coffee shop and beverage preparation
• Highly motivated, flexible and able to demonstrate the willingness to learn and improve
