Job description
As a Manager, Software Engineering, you will run day-to-day activities of a dynamic engineering team, design and build APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems, and provide technical and architectural direction for the development, design, integration, testing, and maintenance of our platform.
Run day-to-day activities of a dynamic engineering team, design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems, provide technical and architectural direction, lead agile software processes, and partner with stakeholders to ensure team contributions align with company objectives.
You will bring 3+ years of experience with technical leadership, 7+ years of experience with software engineering, and 3+ years of experience coding in Go, Java, and/or Javascript. You will love coaching and building leaders, have a passion for enabling and motivating people, and work well cross-functionally.
