
Job description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy for the CPN Payments Engine, defining the reliability, performance, and capability roadmap to enable OFIs and BFIs to move money at scale. You will lead cross-functional execution to turn engine improvements into measurable gains in throughput, latency, and success rates.
You will own the Payments Engine roadmap, drive payment performance, shape API and protocol capabilities, build engine observability and control, and partner across the network to improve reliability, reduce latency, and increase success rates.
You will bring strong analytical skills, a track record of shipping reliability or performance improvements, and experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and BD/Sales. You will have the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels and have clear, structured communication skills.
