Job description
We want you to join our team as an Assistant Manager. You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations, help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff, and maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
You will assist with daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising, execute our food program, and provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
You will lead a team, recruit and hire employees, delegate tasks, teach and motivate others, and communicate plans and ideas. You will also handle cash, bookkeeping, and problem-solving.
