Shift Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Shift Supervisor at our Thermomechanical Treatment Facility (TTF), you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the plant during your assigned shift. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the monitoring and performance of boilers, turbines, and steam plant equipment, while actively supervising plant personnel.

What You Will Do

Review, prioritize and direct the daily work activities of the operations group during their assigned shift. Supervise, monitor, train, and develop performance of plant personnel to ensure safe, efficient and productive operation of plant and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• ASME Provisional License
• Site-Specific Operator’s License within 6 months of employment
• 5+ years of hands-on experience and/or supervisory oversight of power plant machinery
• Comprehensive knowledge of steam-generating power stations, including operation of instrument and control systems
• Well-developed troubleshooting skills for equipment and systems, along with expertise in training personnel and interpreting diagrams
