The Program Manager - Talent will support execution of global surveys, enable execution of the annual performance review cycle, maintain a central repository of global talent resources, and manage global LinkedIn Learning curriculum.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in HR with specific expertise in learning and development, employee engagement or talent management
- Direct experience running learning programs on a global scale
- Strong analytical skills and experience using engagement and performance data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment
- Ability to coordinate meetings and deadlines across global teams (US, EMEA, APAC)
- Strong written and verbal English skills for international communication
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Scheduling across multiple time zones using shared calendars
