The role involves leading a project management team, conducting large-scale customer projects, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or a comparable field and 5 years of experience in project management.

Requirements

• Leadership and development of the project management and documentation team
• Conducting large-scale customer projects and ensuring timely delivery, as well as commercial and technical coordination
• Planning, control and monitoring of projects from the offer phase to delivery
• Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all project-related documents
• Implementation of contract amendments in operational processing
• Coordination and collection of relevant data for claims and subsequent claims
• Coordination and control of projects with internal interfaces such as Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Offer Team, Quality and Sales
• Project stakeholder management: involving and ensuring the information flow to all internal and external stakeholders
• Taking over and coordinating escalation management in project management
• Implementation and compliance with standards and processes in project management and documentation
• Setting up a meaningful project reporting
